Every member of our team was chosen for two things: clinical excellence and genuine human warmth. We are doctors, skin therapists, movement coaches, and wellness practitioners – united by one belief: that every person who walks through our doors deserves the very best.
MBChB with 14 years in aesthetic and functional medicine. Specialises in hormone optimisation, skin health, and evidence-based longevity protocols. Her approach is thorough, compassionate, and always deeply personal – she designs protocols that treat the whole person, not just the presenting concern.
CIDESCO qualified with a decade of expertise in corrective skin treatments, pigmentation, acne, and anti-ageing therapies. Kirsten’s clients trust her not just for her technical skill, but for her genuine investment in their long-term skin journey and her ability to design protocols that deliver real, lasting results.
Certified Pilates instructor, breathwork facilitator, and yoga teacher. Thandi is passionate about the science of mind-body connection and brings warmth, depth, and precision to every class she leads. She believes that movement is medicine – and that every body deserves to feel strong, capable, and alive.
Expert in thermal therapies, therapeutic massage, and ozone treatments. Lisa’s intuitive, deeply restorative approach to bodywork leaves clients feeling profoundly rested, reset, and renewed. She believes that recovery is not a luxury – it is the foundation of every other health goal you have.
BORN FROM EXPERIENCE
The Longevity Co. grew from the success and learnings of The Best Laser & Skin – our award-winning aesthetic clinic in Vredehoek, Cape Town – which has been delivering exceptional results to thousands of clients for over a decade.
As our clients evolved, so did our understanding of what they truly needed. Beautiful skin is just the beginning. What our clients really wanted – and what we wanted to give them – was a complete longevity lifestyle: treatments that worked from the inside out, wellness modalities that restored them at a cellular level, and a community that supported their journey every day.
So we built it. The Longevity Co. is that vision – brought to life in a beautiful new double-storey space in Vredehoek, combining everything we do best with the most effective longevity science available today.
